Welcome to The Spitfire Company

The Spitfire Company was founded in early 2011 under the name of The Spitfire Company (Biggin Hill) Limited, with the purpose of restoring a single Spitfire, Spitfire Mk1 X4650 and subsequently TA805 'Spirit of Kent'.

Since 2011, we have restored 18 Spitfires of various marks, with projects still undergoing restoration, and many awaiting aircraft. 

We are now a recognised Supermarine Spitfire restoration and maintenance specialist, and the largest Spitfire operator in the world, no where else can you find such a large concentration of Spitfires than at The Spitfire Company Biggin Hill.
